Required Consents
The Consent form must be filled out before event. For Food Allergy/Dietary Needs to be accommodated please fill this form out at least 2 weeks before event. You will need your ticket ID from Eventbrite.
Required Pre-Event Health Survey
This survey must be filled out no more than 24 hours before event.
We currently offer 2 full day events per year - one in the spring (March/April) and one in the Fall (October/ November) at either Cauldron's Keep in Dale, TX or Lake Houston Wilderness Park in New Caney, TX as well as occasional half day events in the Houston Area.
